    Event Packages 

    With Pulse Entertainment, you have numerous options to choose from when organizing your next corporate event, private party or wedding.  We provide complete package options designed to fit your needs and budget, without sacrificing quality.  Below are our package breakdowns.  Rates are dependent on time of year and increase as you progress from standard to elite.

    Packages & Rates

    Custom Packages-  This is our most affordable option, often reserved for smaller, more intimate events, like graduation parties, communion parties, etc.  You can choose to create your own custom sound and lighting package.  The rates of these packages are variable depending on your needs and the size of the event.  Staffing will depend on the size and needs of the event.

    Corporate Background Package  

    Includes:

    Premium Sound System

    Fixed LED lighting for booth and dance area

    Staffing (number depends on the size of the event)

    Premium Corporate Background Package  

    Includes:

    Premium sound system

    Upgraded lighting to include intelligent lighting

    1 Tier-1 add-on piece can be incorporated. 

    Uplighting of the booth area

    Staffing (number depends on the size of the event)

     

    Standard Private Party Package  

    Includes:

    Premium Sound System

    Fixed & intelligent lighting

    Optional fog system (haze only)

    Uplighting of the booth area

    DJ + other staffing (number depends on the size of the event)

    Premium Private Party Package  

    Includes all from the above package plus:

    Upgraded sound system

    Upgraded lighting system including additional intelligent lighting

    Selfie Station w/ props & red carpet setup. 

    A DJ & Emcee/Technician will be at the event. 

    Up-lighting for the DJ booth and all fixtures. 

     

    Elite Private Party Package  

    Includes all from the above package plus:

    An additional upgrade to the sound system

    Additional intelligent lighting and program coordinated light show

    Traditional fog machine or pair of fog geysers

    Either 2-55" 4K HD LCD T.Vs or a 120" projection screen

    HD projector  

    This includes a staff of 3 usually at a minimum 

    Standard Wedding Package  

    Includes:

    A premium sound system

    Fixed & intelligent lighting package

    Bubble machine, fog geysers or confetti machine (your choice of 1)

    Up-lighting for the DJ booth and all fixtures 

    Ceremony & Cocktail hour music is included for a total of 5.5 hrs.

    DJ & emcee

    (pricing varies from approximately $1100-$1750 depending on specific needs)

    Premium Wedding Package

    Includes all from the above package plus:

    Additional intelligent lighting

    An additional upgrade to the sound system

    Selfie Station w/props & red carpet setup (can be upgraded)

    Ceremony & Cocktail hour music is included for a total of 5.5 hrs. 

    Staffing of 2-4 team members

    (Pricing varies from $1450 to $2000 depending on specific needs)

    Elite Wedding Package 

    Includes all of the above package plus:

    Additional upgrades to the sound system

    Additional intelligent lighting

    Ground fog  or snow for the first dance (can be combined for a fee)

    Dueling DJs (two DJs work the crowd playing off of one another)

    Software controlled lighting show

    5.5 hours of service to cover the ceremony through the reception

    Staffing of up to 4 team members

    (Pricing varies from $1950 to $2850 depending on specific needs)

    Karaoke Services

    Red Carpet Package-  This is our karaoke service package, with a minimum of 3-hours that includes a 55" UHD LCD TV, high-end sound system, spotlights for your performances, and of course, a red carpet!   Access to two wireless microphones is included. 

    Oscar Performance Package-  Upgrade to dual 55" TVs and hear crowd noise & applause as an added feature with this jam-packed setup.  Additional lighting and microphones included.

    Add-On Pieces

    Tier 1 Add-On- ($150/each)- Confetti cannon, bubble machine, fog machine

    Tier 2 Add-On Snow machine ($350), fog geyser ($275/each or $350 for a pair), ground fog ($500)

    Tier 3 Add-On- Personalized gobo design ($300), standard step & repeat banner (see below) ($325), Personalized Step & Repeat banner(see below) ($475), 55" 4K HD LCD T.Vs ($450/each or $750/pair), sparkler geysers ($500/each or $850/pair)

    Add-On Packages

    Photo Services

    Selfie station-  No staffing after setup, we offer these event-specific photo areas complete with a re carpet and table full of event-specific props.  These can be rented out separately from other services $325.  Customized banners are yours to keep after the event ($475).

    Event photo services- (1-2 photographers) $650-$800 (depending on the event size)

    Photobooth- A professional photographer & technician will host your guests at the backdrop, coordinating photos, and provide a digital folder of all photos taken at the event.  $$250 if an upgrade to selfie station, or $750 if ordering a photobooth separately from other services to include photographer service.

    On-site photo printing-  Add 4"x6" HD photo printing services to your photo booth.  If adding to a selfie station, $450.  If adding to a photo booth package that already included staffing $250.

    Props & Favors

    Pulse Entertainment works with several vendors to provide outstanding party favors and props.  We offer packages that are priced by the number of units and offer items for everything from private corporate events to high-end weddings.

    Items include:  Neon foam batons, glow sticks, glow necklaces, light-up sunglasses, inflatable instruments, light up hula hoops, etc.  

    Applicable Fees

    All prices listed above do not include applicable sales tax or gratuity.  Sales tax is assessed at the rate of 6.8 % and is added at the end of the bill.  Pulse Entertainment NJ also assesses a $75 travel fee for each hour of travel time to the event location as listed from google maps.  We do not believe in assessing setup & breakdown fees and believe that gratuity is the right of the client to provide based on their experience & level of satisfaction.  Our staff are all aware of this and know that it is the expectation that they operate at their best no matter the event type or length.
